FAQ

We offer a wide range of piercings, including ear piercings (such as earlobe, helix, tragus), facial piercings (such as nose, eyebrow, lip), body piercings (such as navel piercing), and more. Our professional piercers are ready to discuss and perform your desired piercing.

The level of pain varies depending on your pain threshold and the specific area of the piercing. Most piercings only cause short-term pain during the piercing process. Our experienced piercers will ensure that the process is as quick and comfortable as possible.

Healing time varies by piercing type and individual reaction. In general, ear piercings and facial piercings can take several weeks to several months, while body piercings can take longer. Our piercers will give you accurate information about expected healing time and aftercare instructions.

We use high-quality materials such as surgical steel, titanium or bioplastic. These materials are safe, hypoallergenic and reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Our piercers will advise you on the best material for your skin type and piercing.

For hygienic reasons and to ensure quality, we usually recommend choosing jewelry from our store. Our jewelry is specially designed for piercings and meets the highest standards for safety and comfort.

During the healing process you should avoid swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, exposure to tanning beds, touching with dirty hands and changing the jewelry. Carefully follow your piercer's aftercare instructions to promote healthy healing.

Although piercing risks are rare, infections, allergic reactions and improper healing can occur if aftercare instructions are not followed. Our piercers will thoroughly educate you about the risks and how to minimize them.

Costs vary depending on the type of piercing and the jewelry chosen. Please visit our store or website for specific pricing information. Our team will also be happy to provide you with pricing information during a consultation.

Although appointments are recommended, we often accept clients without an appointment. However, an appointment guarantees your place and time with our piercer, especially during busy periods.

Be sure to bring a valid ID that confirms your age and identity. For piercings, there is a minimum age requirement of 16 without parental consent, or 15 and up with parental consent, except for intimate and genital piercings, for which you must be at least 18. If you are under 16 and have made an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a document that must be completed by a parent or guardian to give consent. Best to come to the appointment with the parent or guardian who completed the document. If not possible then at least bring a copy of the ID card.
